Returns:
Quality problem: We offer a 7-day return policy for products that have quality problems. If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. We will pay for the shipping fee back to us for quality issues.
Exchange: If you want to exchange a product due to not liking the product or color, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the item. The customer will pay for the shipping fee back to us and for the shipping fee for the new item to be sent to them.
Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns for items that are damaged or lost due to customer negligence.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund process within 3 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used to purchase the item.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for the return of the product.
